If you want to define a home, root or start person in MacFamilyTree, then simply go to to edit section, and click on “Persons”. Enable the checkbox “Marked as Starting Person” in “Bookmarks”. All new views and reports will focus this person from now on.

If you want to have more than person you wish to access quickly, then we recommend to use labels or bookmarks.
