A major update to our powerful and comprehensive financial management tool
iFinance 5 has been released, free for all users of version 5, 5.1, or 5.2. Look forward to even more detailed analyses and new features, like better handling of currencies and exchange rates, as well as an overhauled stock and portfolio section.
Currencies and Exchange Rates
A common customer request was to allow more precise specifications for exchange rates. For those working with multiple currencies, iFinance 5.3 offers significant improvements. You can now specify the exact exchange rate for each transaction to ensure accurate conversions. All analyses take this value into account, providing you with much more precise reports.
Stock and Portfolio Management
Do you use iFinance to manage your investments or stock portfolio? Then iFinance 5.3 is the perfect update for you. Key new features include portfolio composition analysis, additional chart types (candlestick and line charts), improved data entry and display, and for the first time, “Buy In” calculations. Additionally, manually managed stocks from iFinance 4 can now be imported.
Numerous Other Improvements
- Auto-categorization now supports multi-word keywords
- Date format adjustments for daily balances
- CSV import now includes subcategories
- Reports with an additional “Average So Far” calculation
- iFinance highlights important app updates
- Legends added to printed pie charts
