Probably your are trying to remove a language pack of an app purchased on the Mac App Store. Apps purchased from the Mac App Store are sandboxed. This means that any access from external apps to any ressources of the app is restricted. Therefore it is unfortunately not possible to remove the language packs with CleanApp in this case.
