Please read the following General Terms and Conditions (“GTCT”) carefully. By ordering goods or services through this website or by registering on or with this website you agree that these GTCT shall apply exclusively to the business or legal relationship between you as our customer and us.

Payment Information
You can place an order by Credit Card or by PayPal. Within minutes a registration key is sent out by email to unlock your software.

How do I obtain my software?
After your purchase you'll receive a registration key by e-mail. Use this key to unlock the freely downloadable demo. If you didn't download the software yet, hit the download button at the top of the page to start the download. After the first launch you're asked to enter your registration key from the order receipt.

What happens if I loose my serial number? Do I have to buy again?
You do not need to buy the software again. If you lose your serial number, simply contact us by using the support section and we'll resend your key at no additional cost.

I bought a new Mac. How do I unlock my previously purchased software?
Simply download the free demo from our website to your new Mac and use your serial number in your order receipt to unlock the copy on your new Mac at no additional cost.

I want to try Animationist before buying, what do I do?

Please use the download link above. A demo watermark is added when viewing or exporting documents. Except that, it's fully functional. If you purchase Animationist from our distribution partners, you'll receive an e-mail containing a serial number. Once you enter that number in Animationist's registration dialogue, the limitation will be removed.

If you purchase the full version on the App Store after you tried out the application in demo mode, you must first delete the version downloaded from our website, as the App Store version has another licensing model which does not require to enter a serial number.

Is Animationist compatible to OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion and 10.8 Mountain Lion?

Yes, Animationist is fully compatible with OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard or later.
