I purchased one of your applications in the Mac App Store and have a problem. Are there any known issues?

Yes, this is what we found in the initial releases:

MacFamilyTree

Uploading a family tree website to MacFamilyTree.com requires entering a serial number (fixed with MacFamilyTree 6.0.11)
If you try to import an image file whose color space information is damaged, MacFamilyTree will simply quit (fixed with MacFamilyTree 6.0.11)
