Please read the following General Terms and Conditions (“GTCT”) carefully. By ordering goods or services through this website or by registering on or with this website you agree that these GTCT shall apply exclusively to the business or legal relationship between you as our customer and us.

Payment Information
You can place an order by Credit Card or by PayPal. Within minutes a registration key is sent out by email to unlock your software.

How do I obtain my software?
After your purchase you'll receive a registration key by e-mail. Use this key to unlock the freely downloadable demo. If you didn't download the software yet, hit the download button at the top of the page to start the download. After the first launch you're asked to enter your registration key from the order receipt.

What happens if I loose my serial number? Do I have to buy again?
You do not need to buy the software again. If you lose your serial number, simply contact us by using the support section and we'll resend your key at no additional cost.

I bought a new Mac. How do I unlock my previously purchased software?
Simply download the free demo from our website to your new Mac and use your serial number in your order receipt to unlock the copy on your new Mac at no additional cost.

I want to try MyFourWalls before buying, what do I do?

Please use the download link above. The free trial version does not allow saving and printing and runs only 30 minutes, all other features are fully functional. If you purchase MyFourWalls from our distribution partners, you'll receive an e-mail containing a serial number. Once you enter that number in MyFourWalls registration dialogue, all limitations will be removed.

I downloaded MyFourWalls but can't install it properly

Double-click the installer file after the download has finished. The installation window will open. Please drag and drop MyFourWalls (the armchair icon) in your Applications folder in any case. This is mandatory for MyFourWalls to work properly. If instead you open the installer file every time and launch MyFourWalls from there, you might encounter problems during operation that donʼt occur when properly installed.

I like MyFourWalls, what are my purchasing options?

I need MyFourWalls both on my Desktop Mac and my portable Mac. Do I need a second license?

Our licensing model allows installation on two Macs as long as you're the sole user of MyFourWalls. License does not cover installing one license on several family members' Macs but family members may still use your Mac for other purposes.

Is there a new version of the User Guide?

The latest User Guide is included with every service update. If we extend the User Guide in between, you'll find it in the Support section of our website.

Where can I find more furniture?

MyFourWalls can import any 3d model in COLLADA-format (*.dae). A good source for models is Google 3D Warehouse. Please be sure to download only models in COLLADA-format, as Sketchup-format isn't supported yet.
