How do I obtain my software?
After your purchase, the application is automatically downloaded into iTunes. Sync your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad with iTunes to install the app on the device.

What happens if I need to reinstall my app? Do I have to buy again?
You don't have to buy the software again. Simply sync your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad again to reinstall your app.

All Devices in Sync

MobileFamilyTree Pro features a highly sophisticated sync function that allows you to sync your data to all your devices running MobileFamilyTree Pro or MacFamilyTree. This way, you can work on multiple devices and still stay in sync. Changes from other devices will be merged wirelessly.

Not only with two devices!

You use more than one Mac, an iPhone and two iPads for your research? No problem for MobileFamilyTree Pro. You can sync your database will all your devices and change your database on any device and you're still able to merge your data flawlessly back together. Even syncing with other family members is possible: If your relatives has expanded his database on his device you can still merge your changes with the devices from your relatives, even if the last sync occurred months ago!

All Information

MobileFamilyTree Pro does not sync a subset of your data to your other devices. It syncs the complete database, including to do's, pictures, videos, audio files and sources. If required, changes will be merged together. In case you've changed the same person or family on multiple devices at once, MobileFamilyTree Pro will ask you on how to proceed.
