I ordered your software but on my bank statement it appears twice / at twice the price

Please contact your bank and make sure the amount will actually be charged. Sometimes, when a transaction attempt fails, the bank may register a temporary pre-authorization for the purchase. It should not become an actual charge and should disappear from the account in a matter of days.

Your bank should be able to tell you if and when that pre-authorization will disappear again.

In case you will actually be charged twice, please check your confirmation mail. Chances are you unintentionally clicked the purchase button twice and hence received two serial numbers. Please contact our support team for a partial refund then.
