No matter what I do, I can't seem to sync my data between your mobile app and the desktop version. What can I do?
You can sync data only between MacFamilyTree and MobileFamilyTree, as well as between iFinance and iFinance Mobile. A wireless network connection (WiFi / Airport / WLAN) is required. Currently, syncing over USB or your cellphone data connection is not supported.
Both your Mac and your mobile device have to be connected to the same network. If your mobile device shows up in MacFamilyTree's device list but you're still unable to sync, please try restarting your router. This has proven useful in solving most of the connection errors.
