How can I send feedback?
We are very happy to hear about your experience with our software. Please drop us a line and send your comments using the support form. Please understand that we cannot reply to every suggested improvement instantly since support requests by customers facing any issues are always prioritized. Be assured that we read each and every email and that you suggestions will be part of our feature planning sessions. If it’s something we can implement easily, we’ll do so as soon as possible
Is there telephone support?
We do not offer telephone support since we are convinced that we can help you way better by sending screenshots or written instructions you can read again if necessary. Especially when it comes to very specific questions or technical issues, our support team has to consult the application’s developer. As you can imagine, our developers are not always available for answering questions like these. As soon as our support staff has the information you require, they will contact you instantly by email.

Please select the version of the app in question. If you do not know the version, please launch the app and click on the app name at the top left of your screen in the menu bar. Afterwards, select "About" from the menu appearing. You'll find the exact version number there.

A Screenshot of the currently visible windows will be created on your desktop. Screenshots can greatly help us to illustrate your concern.
