I downloaded CleanApp but can't install it properly
Double-click the installer file after the download has finished. The installation window will open. Please drag and drop CleanApp (the magnet icon) in your Applications folder in any case. This is mandatory for CleanApp to work properly. If instead you open the installer file every time and launch CleanApp from there, you might encounter problems during operation that don?t occur when properly installed.
I need CleanApp both on my Desktop Mac and my portable Mac. Do I need a second license?
Our licensing model allows installation on two Macs as long as you're the sole user of CleanApp. License does not cover installing one license on several family members' Macs but family members may still use your Mac for other purposes.
