Please read the following General Terms and Conditions (“GTCT”) carefully. By ordering goods or services through this website or by registering on or with this website you agree that these GTCT shall apply exclusively to the business or legal relationship between you as our customer and us.

Payment Information
You can place an order by Credit Card or by PayPal. Within minutes a registration key is sent out by email to unlock your software.

How do I obtain my software?
After your purchase you'll receive a registration key by e-mail. Use this key to unlock the freely downloadable demo. If you didn't download the software yet, hit the download button at the top of the page to start the download. After the first launch you're asked to enter your registration key from the order receipt.

What happens if I loose my serial number? Do I have to buy again?
You do not need to buy the software again. If you lose your serial number, simply contact us by using the support section and we'll resend your key at no additional cost.

I bought a new Mac. How do I unlock my previously purchased software?
Simply download the free demo from our website to your new Mac and use your serial number in your order receipt to unlock the copy on your new Mac at no additional cost.

I want to try Chronories before buying, what do I do?

Please use the download link above. The free trial version will allow diary entries for 10 days to be entered, all other features are fully functional. If you purchase Chronories from our distribution partners, you'll receive an e-mail containing a serial number. Once you enter that number in Chronories' registration dialogue, the limitation will be removed.

I downloaded Chronories but can't install it properly

Double-click the installer file after the download has finished. The installation window will open. Drag and drop Chronories (the diary icon) in your Applications folder in any case. This is mandatory for Chronories to work properly. If instead you open the installer file every time and launch Chronories from there, you might encounter problems during operation that donʼt occur when properly installed.

What are the system requirements?

Mac OS X 10.5 (and higher), more than 1 GB of RAM required, 1 GHz G4 processor and faster recommended.

Chronories doesn't log anything on my computer!

Be sure to active the Menu Bar Service. This can be done by opening the preferences of Chronories or by accessing the Menu Bar Service in the Chronories menu.

I am using an application that can't be accessed by Chronories. What now?

While Chronories is able to monitor applications such as Mail.app, iTunes, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and several more, we have to add support for new applications manually. Please feel free to contact us if your application isn't supported yet.

May I use Chronories on my desktop Mac and my MacBook or do I have to purchase two licenses for that?

As long as these two Macs are your own machines, you can use one serial number for both computers.
